Julie M. Benz is an American actress born on May 1st 1971. She was awarded the Satellite Award for 2006 for best supporting role in a series, mini-series or motion picture adapted for television for her portrayal as Rita Bennett in Dexter. Her role was on the show No Ordinary Family until it ended on May 13 2011. One of her most well-known characters included Darla in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.
